SHIPPING POLICY

MAGMA operates from Salt Lake City, Utah. All orders are shipped via USPS® or FedEx® at MAGMA’s discretion.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address, including apartment or unit numbers where applicable. All shipping information must be submitted using standard alphabetic characters. MAGMA is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs resulting from incomplete or incorrect address information provided by the customer.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays or other announced closures. Orders are processed after payment has been successfully received. While MAGMA endeavors to ship orders as promptly as possible, processing times may be extended during sales periods, product launches, or high-volume order periods.

If delivery is unsuccessful due to an incomplete address, customer unavailability, or failure to retrieve a package from the carrier within the designated timeframe, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

If a customer receives an incorrect or defective item, they must contact MAGMA promptly at magmafilm329@gmail.com.

ORDER PROCESSING

An order confirmation email will be sent once payment has been received. A separate email containing tracking information will be sent once the order has been packed and prepared for shipment.

Once an order has been packed and tracking information has been issued, the order is considered finalized and cannot be modified or canceled. Customers are responsible for verifying all order details prior to completing checkout.

Please allow up to two (2) business days for tracking information to become active. Estimated delivery timelines begin once tracking has been activated. Domestic U.S. shipments generally arrive within one (1) to three (3) business days, depending on carrier service and destination.

PAYMENTS

MAGMA accepts the following forms of payment: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

If an order is shipped to an address that differs from the billing address associated with the payment method, MAGMA reserves the right to request additional verification, which may include identification or confirmation of billing details, to prevent fraudulent transactions.

TRANSPORT DAMAGE OR LOSS

If an order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, the customer must notify MAGMA immediately at magmafilm329@gmail.com. Failure to report transport-related damage within a reasonable timeframe may affect claim eligibility.

UNCLAIMED PACKAGES

If a package is not retrieved and is returned to MAGMA, MAGMA reserves the right to charge a handling fee to cover return shipping costs and administrative fees imposed by the carrier.
